Three years ago, we got a fun little horror film titled 13 Cameras; a movie about a disturbingly creepy landlord that installs surveillance cameras, unbeknownst to the tenants, on his rental property. Now, two years later, we get the follow up sequel, 14 Cameras. Both films are written by Victor Zarcoff, and star Neville Archambault as Gerald, one of the most terrifying and disgusting human antagonists in horror.
While 13 Cameras focuses on a young married couple, 14 Cameras really ups the ante, following an entire family with multiple teenage children. Not only that, but our pal Gerald seems to have scaled up his operation. From using the footage for his own personal pleasure, he now has more cameras, more monitors, and a wide new audience.
14 Cameras will be released on July 27th,
and 13 Cameras is currently available to stream on Netflix.
