The trailer for The Ava’s Possessions doesn’t give away much – but it definitely sets the tone for a wonderfully dark comedy. The title character is recovering from a demonic possession, attending a Spirit Possessions Anonymous support group, and trying to piece her life back together. But the demon does not appear to be done with her. Director Jordan Galland has done a couple of films and also writes/makes music, but his newest work appears to be his best. It premiered at SXSW, and made some critics’ ‘Must See’ lists from the festival. Frightday will keep listeners posted as soon as a release date is announced!
