After losing their only grandson in a car accident, grief-stricken Audrey and Henry, a doctor, kidnaps his pregnant patient with the intention of performing a “Reverse Exorcism”, putting Jackson inside her unborn child.
This plot synopsis is truly wild from start to finish. It’s tough to take a film seriously when phrases like “reverse exorcism” are being bandied about, however, the snippets of film we got from this trailer look surprisingly competent, to put it bluntly. Editor’s Note: I love “reverse exorcism”
Sheila McCarthy and Julian Richings make up truly one of the most charming film couples I’ve ever seen, villainous intent or not. This release will also be Canadian filmmaker Justin G Dyck’s horror debut, and boasts fun practical effects.
